New to me Oil analysis

So I bought my truck and the dealer did an oil change on it before I picked it up. After 3k miles I changed over to synthetic, as well as a tune dpf/delete.

I got that motorcraft oil tested by blackstone, just as a baseline. Here are the results.

Truck is a 2008 F250(Job 3), 4x4, auto, XL, 158k miles. One-owner which was a grading/construction business, truck was filthy but overall seems in excellent mechanical condition.

Any thoughts on my analysis?

Looks like a good result. What oil are you using?

I went with Rotella T6 after that change, will run it till 165k(about 4k on the oil), just to get my changes rotated to 5 or 10k intervals.

That change will also get sent to blackstone.

I was surprised to see minimal fuel dilution with the DPF on and several regens.
