Thermostat part numbers

I need to replace my thermostats. I don't know what the part numbers are for sure. I have seen RT1212 and RT1192.

Are both tstats the same? or do I need one of each? Will it come with everything I need? gaskets, etc...

Someone just tell me what I need to get for this project. I plan on doing it today.

THANKS!

RT-1212 is the right one, should have PN # 8C3Z-8575-D on it. It includes both thermostats and a new o-ring.
