6.4 egr, spartan

Hey guys I have a 6.4 with the egr still intact, During the normal summer months I usually run the 275el from spartan as my daily driver, the question I have is its winter here now in northern bc and i useally tune it down to the 40hp dpfoff tune that cycles the egr. Just because I can never find any traction on the ice roads and my truck warms up faster. With the Dashdaq i can monitor Egr% or the amount the valve opens, last winter i could see it open but this winter it stays at 0%. Will it wreck my truck if the coolant is trying to flow and i know the Valve is stuck closed? Just trying to see if i can go abit longer before getting an egr delete put in. Thanks for the info

I bet it has seized shut since it hasn't moved in so long and all that carbon and soot has built up
