Harley Grille

Well, picked up a OEM Harley Davidson grille from a local body shop. I guy put a full replacement on his and wanted to get rid of his. Anyway, I picked this thing up in flawless condition for $150 and the body shop is only charging me $128 to paint the thing to match my KR. So I will only have $278 into the whole deal. I was pretty stoked and needed to share with people that care as my wife doesn;t get it. LOL. It will be done next Thursday and I will post pictures of the finished product.

UPDATE************
I traded off the truck and kept the grille to sell. It's available to be shipped or picked up. Let me know if you're interested.

I hear every couple of days from my wife, "what is that damn screen thing even for, you wasted money on this?" referring to my black maxx. I tend to just not tell her. She also wasnt pleased when she found out I spent an afternoon making a sweet hand held toolbox speaker system.

I guess what I am saying, I am glad im not the only one that has a wife that doesnt understand......

Got chewed out by my wife today for spending $$ on brakes, desperately needed front brakes! Why do he have to spend so much money on this stupid thing. I looked at her and gave her the good ol "go in the house female" look. I finished up and went inside to find her on amazon buying more pink baby crap. Total was $3.00 more than what I spent on brakes. Something tells me that new s400 is gonna be on hold for a while. The line that used to work was, it makes the truck get better mileage. She figured out that was b.s after the injectors and turbo install, suddenly i needed an extra tank of fuel every month lol

Your grille is actually exactly what I wanted and like you said, paint the outside and leave the inside chrome, I kept looking and just couldn't find one for a decent price, I simply couldn't beat the deal on this one. I will post pics for sure!
