Non-electric block heater

I have a new F450 which I use to carry a 4000 lb truck camper. I'll be doing some camping in cold locations with no electric available. Does anyone have any experience with diesel fired block heaters on the super duty?

a Webasto is the only one i know of. Google it and you'll find a website for it.
Someone else on hear posted about installing one of them and I just read it today...i'll see if i can find that thread.
