Upfitter switch decals (stickers)

I wanted to see if anyone has put small decals or stickers on the switches to see what is being switched or turned on. Nothing "blingy" or anything just a simple decal saying "lights" or "high idle". It would be nice label them so that my wife can switch them on if needed or what not.

haha, I'd rather not to a paint pen, there is no way I could do it steady enough for how anal I am. I made a whole switch panel in my bronco for ignition, fan, lights, on board air, etc. years ago and can't remember the place I got the labels done at. Here is a pic of the dash in the bronco before I put the labels on.



I do have a label maker so I may just try and play it that first to see if it will work.

he didnt do it very steadily lol. it looks like crap, i just havent messed with trying to get it off yet. you could use the label maker and just do a letter like he did and put it on each one.

i think no matter what you do it would look terrible best to just leave it and memorize them theres only 4

Agreed. Personally I am more concerned with my girlfriend flipping them on inadvertently which she seems to do every time she picks up her drink. Too bad I can't find any type of guard for them, kind of like the wire guard they have on the air dump switches on a semi. Good thing my switches don't do anything right now.

my wife does the same every time she is in the truck even if she isnt using the cup holder i look down and 2 or 3 of them will be on lol

I agree that most options will not look good, which is why I may look into getting custom ones done. My wife also flips switches up on accident but I like to have them for when other people get in the truck and use them, weather someone borrows my truck or I'm outside of it and want the compressor on.

Found these, they are label plates so they won't look as clean as I'd like

I know this is old but not sure if you found a good solution or not. Check out Iron Goat 4x4. This is where I got mine. I did have to trim them a bit. I will post pics if anyone is interested.
