New dash kit for radio and climate question.
I have an 08 f250 ecsb xlt and my buddy has an 11 f350 lariat. He pulled his dash kit for his radio and climate control out and asked if I wanted it. It looks really nice but I don't have several of the same features. The truck he has has the navigation radio which I can install but as far as the climate control and other peices would they fit? It has the trailer brakes and uplifter switches. My question is how easy or possible is it to install the new dash kit with these options. I'm thinking of getting the new seats as well to work with the dash. Any input would be great. Here's the 11 dash kit

The dual climate control is not a plug and play deal. It requires more parts and work. There have been a few try, but I know it got a little pricey.

Well I have a buddy with the seats the dash came from plus all wiring harnesses. What I would like to know is how hard it would be to retro fit all these parts
