Truck just turned 90k miles

And I'm going to do an oil change, fuel filters change, transmission flush, front rear differential and transfer case fluid change. Is there anything else I need to take care of or look at? Thanks

Not really, maybe if your feelin really froggy you could do a brake fluid flush, its not super necessary but it often goes over looked.

What would I be doing right now if I didn't have an iPhone?

Yep, coolant flush.

Also, if your water separator isn't flowing 100%, go ahead and yank the cover off the pump housing and clean it out during your fuel filter change. You'll probably need the gasket kit to button it back up.

If your air filter hasn't been changed in a while, do that too.

I have the Air Dog II kit on my truck. And I have the AFE stage II CAI and I just have to wash my air filter.
