New to me F450 question

I just bought a 2008 F450 KR for my wife and her horses. I was having some trailer wiring issues and was laying under the bed when I saw a rubber mounted cylinder behind the drivers rear wheel. It doesnt seem to be attached to any wires or anything, it defiantly looks factory. What in the world is it???

Other than the wiring issues and this random cylinder in the back I love this truck. My wife and I cant make enough excuses to drive it! Now I just need to get a XRT Pro and a DFP delete and I'll be set! Anybody know of a good deal?

Kris

USED lol. H&s doesn't have a relicensing fee so u can pick up a used xrt or mini maxx for cheap in the for sale section, just make sure the previous owner returned the truck back to stock. U will really be looking for excuses to drive it once its tuned

Im in NH. Im not really sure what a good price on the delete pipe would be. Ive been focusing my efforts on trying to find a tuner. What do you have in mind?

I need to know your city to find out shipping cost, to see if it makes sense to even bother to ship, looking to get half cost out of pipe which is 125 plus shipping
