Stop Lights
Just wondering if those with lifted trucks ever have problems with stop lights... Where I live, the DOT likes to use magnetic detection to trigger the stop lights to change. My truck is lifted and I think at some locations, the detection strips have a hard time "finding" me.
Anyone else ever noticed this? |

My truck isn't lifted, but I have had this problem in my Jeep. I usually try and leave an axle over the strips to help.

God!!! I hate those lights on my motorcycle. Sit there and they never turn and ya got to wait for someone to come up behind ya to set the light off. If I had that problem with my truck I would lose my mind hahaha

Thinking about those "static" strips (rubber strips w/foil stripe)... wonder if they help.

Never have a problem with my Superduty, but used to have problems at some intersections with my 4-Runner on 40" tires
