How do I know whether my 08 is Job 1, 2, or 3? What's the difference?

Mine is an 08 F350 XLT 4x4. Just got it last week. Only 21k miles on it

Look at the build date on your door jam. Jan07-Jun07 is job 1, Jul07-Dec07 is job 2, anything in 08 is job 3.

What's the difference between the job numbers? Are there more problems with one than the others?
