So I am new to the diesel scene and I am having a bit of trouble trying to figure out what I need to get and what I should get done. The one thing I can think of is a FAQ thread that would help answer questions that most newbs such as myself would have.

I've tried looking up CCV mod, only to not really come up with anything. Tried searching for EGR block plate info and come up with nothing except doing the EGR delete.

If anyone could post up links to things, I think it would be great to do a DIY/FAQ thread. It seems like the 6.0 boys have a ton of information compared to the 6.4 guys and I really think that is not the case. Also it would help new forum members and keep people from posting the same threads over and over.

I think a few have used this thread for EGR delete help, its the best one i have found and used to help me. Also If your state allows you should do a DPF delete and tune the truck with an H&S or Spartan.

Also you will have to have your truck programmed to do an EGR block off. But the best thing to do is delete the coolers as well.
