DieselSite Coolant Filter...DONE!

Decided that it's a good idea to get this extra Kidney put on. After seeing Ryan Ronning's write up with the great pics and XPOLSIVE's post/pics about it, I pulled the trigger. I went with DieselSites set-up because I didn't want the blue hose from Sinister. The install went well...the only thing I did different was the 2 Bolts they give you, I changed them out for some stainless steel bolts. But it's a definate recommendation in my book. Well worth the money, great peace of mind. Ease of installation...not bad at all. Between the instructions from DieselSite and Ryan's pics...even I did it without screwing it up.

I don't have a picture but it the most common place it is mounted seems to be on the outside of the framerail right underneath the passenger side door. They really can be mounted anywhere though as long as you get extra hose and can find a more convenient spot.
