is there a fuel tank heater?

I was just wondering if there is a block heater is there a fuel tank heater so the fuel doesnt gel up? Or in the winter do I need to put in an additive?

Most use Diesel kleen in the white bottle in seroiusly cold weather, it keeps the fuel from gelling up. Hope this helps.
