King Ranch 6.7 or 2010 Harley 6.4

Im debating whether to buy a king ranch 6.7 or a 2010 Harley with 12000 miles very clean truck.. I also plan on doing deletes and a programmer right away.. Would like some input and why.. Thanks

Oh boy...well like I always say u are in a 6.4 forum. If I was on a computer I would write a laundry list of reasons for both but here's my two cents:

If u plan to keep her stock (which u say u don't) I would do a 6.7 no questions asked. If u plan to tune and delete I would say a 6.4 hands down no questions asked.

My reasoning: from what I have heard they are having trouble reaching the same hp potential with the 6.7 as the 6.4 due to the turbos and fuel system. I'm gonna get tore up but it's my only knowledge or ignorance at the moment.

Good luck. Also the Harley's are so bada$$.

:whs: exactly. The 6.4 gets horrid fuel mileage and the regen is what hurts the fuel mileage and the engine. The 6.4 is far superior tuned. But the 6.7 is superior in stock form. The 6.4 is awesome tuned. It's one heck of a truck and I love mine. Our 6.7 is great but I'm scared to tune it after seeing some of the horror stories when tuning these new engines.

Final opinion.....6.4!!!!!! Since your deleting

like others said if you want better fuel economy get the scorpion. if you want to mash the pedal roll some smoke and put a beat down on other trucks get the 64.

Have to agree, if you're tuning and want the most potential, the Harley is the way to go. Someone around here has a Spartan tuned Harley running 12.9, which is just sick. Beautiful truck, too.

I vote 6.4 as well. I don't like the new KR leather either. Plus the 6.4 is a beast when tuned. Just don't expect 20-22MPG tuned (especially because it is soooo hard to keep your foot out of the tuned truck!!)
