Cab on egr delete instruction

I'm wondering if anyone has seen a detailed thread on how to delete the egr with cab on. I've searched and haven't really found anything. Ideally, I'd like very detailed with possible pictures, but at this point I'd go with anything to start. Thanks guys.

I just did my ptp egr delete yesterday took me about 6-7 hours to do in my driveway. Also used the thread above to help out was a great write up.
