Seafoam

I run a bottle at least once a month. I know several diesel mechanics that work on motors much larger than hours that swear buy it. I want to know how many of y'all are running it. I use diesel Kleen every fill up and seafoam at least once a month.

The only thing I have heard negative was on here about it's alcohol content. If u go to their website they claim otherwise. Opinions!?!?

Yessir. That's what I do. At my last job I got seafoam for free and ran it every fillup in my 6.0. I could literally tell the difference in response and performance when I didn't run it. Never had any oil water separator issues and never had a failed injector. Ran her hard as hell and it was an 04 with 150k

I run Seafoam in my ambulances, all of them are 6.0Ls. Not one problem, I've even gotten a little crazy and poured some into the crankcases of a few rigs that were way overdue for maintenance, and after a rash of injector jobs due to lack of maintenance, figured it would be a good idea, but after a day of running those ambulances all day, the next day I changed the oil in all of them again, but they get about a can a month in the fuel tanks for good measure, Seafoam is great stuff, my buddy uses it at it truck shop for his fleet as well

It all gets mixed anyway. If ur doubling up on fuel additives just to run seafoam ur wasting money. I sometimes run half seafoam with Lucas and diesel Kleen. Doesn't matter if u mix or not. I do however run way more than the recommended amount.
