How does one tie/pull back front inner fender?

My 20x9 w/ 325/60/20 rub slightly and I need to adjust the inner fender. Can't find anything on Search. Thanks! Pics if you have too please...

My leveling kit came with little brackets to hold the fender back, i just used small self tapping screws.

I had intended to make something like shown above but I ended up using a few heavy duty zip ties that have held up of over a year.
