custom tune sct egr question

I currently have sct with KEM 175 tune and just ordered a egr delete kit hoping it fixes my coolant loss and 1 time puking problem. the 175 tune im running uses the EGR valve and i was about to purchase another 175 tune that ****s off the egr completely so i get no codes when i install the delete. My question is do i have to purchase another tune or when the sct asks me if ive got rid of the egr valve will that work with my custom tune so there is no need to re purchase the tune
