My day started out good, but then it got GREAT. I love towing dodges around.

ROTFLMAO! Now that's just funny.

Not quite the same, but here's my first "tow." It's my buddies 2001 996 Twin Turbo after an 18mo custom engine build:

I tow a few dodges around a couple times a year, makes my day usually. This dodge is fully built, twins, twin cp3's, studs, ringed, yada yada yada, but he is very hard on the truck and keeps breaking stuff. That is a nice 996 your friend has.

Damn...that truck 'sounds' built! Too bad he's tough on the truck!

Yeah, my buddy had an almost one of a kind build done. Custom turbo's, intake, blah blah. The power comes on very early, VERY smooth and goes through the entire power band. The engine is tuned for ~850whp & 810 ft-lb of torque, though capable of 1200whp & 1150 ft-lb of torque.

The kicker of it all: Runs e85 OR pump 91 OR race 108, all at the flick of a switch!!

I drove it for about 30 minutes on Saturday to get used to it (I'll be caring for the car whilst my bud does his last gig @ Bagram [civilian contractor]). went from 35mph to 130mph in about the blink of an eye. Absolutely insane, but a $$$$load of fun!

Well my truck weighs 9800ish, his truck weighs 9100ish, and the trailer is right around 4500 so somewhere around 23400 lbs. As for the ball weight, I have no idea. It was higher than I like it to be for that weight but with a 22' trailer and that truck, we didnt have many options on getting the trucks weight distributed correctly. Its a somewhat average load for me. Biggest load this truck has ever pulled was over 28k.
