new to a 6.4, few questions

I had an 06 king ranch 6.0 that was recently stolen and want to upgrade to a 6.4. I had studds and the works on the 6.0 to keep it safe. My question is is what is some of the problems with the 6.4? What should be done for basic performance and to keep it safe, will get an sct for it also. I also plan on having it on a 6-8in lift. Any imput would help i would like to stay in the ford truck family but may look at a few 07 an up duramax's. thanks all

Dpf will provide the most issues. Get rid of it and you have a strong running, reliable truck

Radiators are a weak point on these trucks. So are the upper/lower rad hoses which like to come loose and leak. Other than that, these trucks are pretty stout and solid.
