vibration

truck is an 08 cc lb 4x4 leveled. hauled a heavy load this weekend, not sure of weight but HEAVY. from a dead stop (slight incline)the truck had a NASTY vibration untill it started rolling, once under way the truck was fine..... had to stop at a light and when we started again it was an incline (more then before) the truck shook upon takeoff. what is this vibration? i have hauled lots with this truck and never happened before..... i am thinking carrier bearing? is there something to look at or was it just too much weight? empty no worries today..... thanks

If the carrier bearing is fine i would say its axel wrap. A set of traction bars should fix that.

never even thought axle wrap=== always thought about high horsepower. good call! thanks.

No problem. Honestly my guess would be axel wrap more than the carrier bearing.
