Unlocking/Locking

Question for anyone who cares....When yall unlock or lock your trucks from the key fob, do the headlights come on? Mirror lights flash? Dome lights light up?

I ask this because only my third light lamp illuminates when I lock or unlock.

O ya, I forgot my horn honks if the lock button is double tapped....But thats weird, my lights dont flash, and I cant remember if they ever did. I want to say yes they did, but not sure

on my dads 01 the reverse ligts in the third lamp turns on when it is unlocked or a door is opened, and the front parking lights flash when you hit the lock button twice and the horn chirps, but im guessing the 08 would be different

my 02 had all lights flash on
my 08 only parking lights flash not cab clearance lights-odd

If it's dark enough outside for the headlights to come, then yes, when I unlock, all the lights come on. When I lock, all the lights will stay on for a little while then go out. If it's not dark enough for the headlights to come on, then no, no lights come on. When I lock, all lights except headlights flash, and if I hit the fob twice, the horn will chirp.

Update. I just tried it and during daylight hours, the interior light does come on when I unlock, but that's all.

on my job 1 '08 when ever I lock it the turn signals flash once, when I unlock it at night all lights come on. Dome lights light up whenever the unlock is pushed night or day.
