Shudder

Another shudder ? At 27-33mph and at 58-about 63mph I get this very annoying shudder. I had taller blocks put on the back to fix the rear end low after a front leveling. I also have air bags in the rear. I have played with the psi in the bags to raise and lower to see if it made any difference with different rear ride height. Nope! I've had shims put in the drive line to compensate. Still a shudder... I switched out to my tires over the weekend and had them balanced. Still a shudder...I don't know what else I should do about it so I thought I'd ask here.
