Fuel filter?

I bought an 08 awhile back that had 87k mile on it and I've put my first 5k on it so I'm getting ready to do a oil change and fuel filter change. I'm going to get in a 5k oil and 10k fuel filter changing regiment. My question do I need to change both fuel at the same time every time? Or does the upper filter last longer then the lower? ( will be using racor filters of it matters)

I use wix filter in my truck. I have used them in every truck i have ever owned and i dont have a problem. I really dont know why people say they are bad. Yes switch both. If i was you i would change the bottom one start the truck, then change the top one and start the truck.

I was think about the wix filters. Just because I can buy them locally although at O'Rileys they are only 10 bucks cheaper then motorcraft. I wish I could find racors in east Dallas
