Buying an 08 f-350.. What to look for..

Hey Guys I'm gonna buy a 2008 f-350, I was a powersroke guy before then I had a cummins now I want a 6.4 powerstroke. Anyways I am getting a good deal on this truck, its an XL model with a automatic, 4x4 112,000 miles, what should I look for when I pick it up? How are the trannys in these? I plan on doing the dpf delete and stuff. I'm a diesel mechanic but I mostly work on 7.3's and cummins, and semi's. Im a diesel freak I love all diesels.. I heard the 6.4's are good engines, They must be because I never had to work on one yet... any help wold be great.. Thanks..

I would also do an EGR delete while your in there.
