Spartan diesel customer service and sales
So I bought a tuner and I am currently waiting for it to get here, well I faxed my disclaimer, they said they haven't received it so okay no biggie I'll send it again, well after that I asked questions about after I get I what I need to do, evidently that's a no no, I got refer to the email, sorry at the current moment I couldn't get to my email. So it would have been nice just to get a answer, I know the question has been asked millions of times but I do t see the problem, I work at ford kcap... Buy American...I build 580+ trucks everyday and I don't take it out on the truck, so why couldn't I just got a answer without flack... Guess I was just spoiled by dealing with innovative and dp. My rant is over

Spartans customer service has never been great. I will say that's one of the reasons I left.

I called up Spartan about a week ago. I spoke with Mick and he was very helpful and took the time to make sure I understood what he was saying. No problems here.

I've dealt with Donna, Jeff and Mick @ Spartan...
Donna's a sweetheart whose helped me out with admin related stuff (shipping, etc.) on more than one occasion... Jeff's given me a ton of tech assistance, particularly with his suspension setup and helping me set up my truck...last I checked they don't sell suspension stuff but he's given me help on his/Spartan's time despite my innumerable stupid questions. And Mick on several occasions has bailed me and my friend out. I work on my buddy's '08 F350 which is Spartanized (TCM too) and due to an improper key cycle during a reflash was DEAD in the water. On a Friday afternoon...like 5 o'clock! Mick got the truck back up and running 100% in no time and made sure my buddy had his truck for the weekend. Wasn't his fault that my buddy key-cycled when he shouldn't had, but he cleaned up the mess and never complained for a second. I've had nothing but consistent above and beyond customer service from Spartan. I'm not disrespecting the OP or anyone else whose had otherwise, just wanted to give my two cents is all... |

I have not ever had an issue, call Mick and he will get you set up no matter how many questions you ask or how long it takes!
