Low Coolant

I noticed my coolant was a little low and I looked at the cap and it says to refer to the manual for specs. I can not find anything thing in the manual about what type of coolant to put in. Does anyone know in what part of the manual the cooant section is in? Thanks

If it's a job 1 truck, I read somewhere that the full line is an inch below the cold fill line on the degas bottle. Mine would always drop there and they stay untill my hoses started to leak. Also check to have the updated hoses. Then go to your dealer and ask, they will know. If it is still leaking then it's the EGR or headgaskets or radiator

I'm not quite sure I understand you. My truck does have the updated hoses and radiator and its not leaking, but I cannot see coolant inbetween the two fill lines but I do see coolant in there.

I read somewhere that the degas bottle on job 1 trucks is marked wrong and the full coolant level is actually an inch below the marked line.
