How does this sound?

Ok, so im looking at a 08 F250, here is what im thinking about doing to it right away. EGR, CAT and DPF Delete and CAI. Roughly what kind of mileage should I expect with this combo? What tuner should I go with to eliminate the codes removing all the stuff will throw?

There are several great tuners out there. Spartan and H&S are the two big ones. Call each of them and see what company works best for you. I personally run spartan and KEM tunes and they both run great. You can also get KEM tunes for a H&S but you will loose the shift on the fly capabilities of the black max. As for your mileage, that will depend on the truck, some trucks only see a 1-2 mpg increase, while others see 3-4. I personally gained about 3mpg's on my truck. Looks like you have a good starting list of mods for the truck that will make the longevity of the truck much greater.

Yup sounds like a good start. I recommend h&s. The shift on the fly feature is nice.

08 F350 cc/sb 4X4
h&s minimaxx, 5" flo pro, 4" down pipe, no limit cold air intake, dirty diesel EGR delete with intake elbow, 6.0 exhaust manifolds, custom up pipes, ported intake manifold, Apex 71mm LP turbo, Rudy's cold side pipe, diesel site coolant and transmission filter, diesel site intercooler boots, ccv mod, bilstein shocks, gogo dd solenoid, HID lights, Airdog II 165, PMF traction bars, PMF drag link, moshimoto aluminum radiator
