Whats a reasonable price to pay for

A used full stock exhaust. The exhaust is complete with DPF and cat, resonator and muffler. Exhaust has 170,000 on it I am told.
I am buying it to gut them both out. I live in an area where I have yearly visual inspections, as well as I tow frequently and am nervous about being stopped randomly..... Thanks guys
Just give me an idea on a fair price to pay.

I've seen them on ebay when I was just trying to sell a used dpf. Saw them for $250-$400

that seems about right....$200 -$400.........a bargain but u only need the DPF and CAT.....the rest of your exhaust will work.....
