DPF Sensor Thread Size

On the DPF, what's the thread size of the larger of the two middle sensors. This is the one that requires a 17mm wrench to remove which is attached to the bracket.

How sure about this are you? I tool a M14x1.25 tap I had and wasn't able to get it started on the good threads so that I could fix the bad threads. Previous sensor galled the threads, so I wanted to fix it. I was able to take the sensor and thread it in on the good threads but couldn't get the tap or thread chaser that I borrowed at that size to even start.

Well I can tell you the smaller ones are m12x 1.25 , and I'm sure the thread pitch on the bigger one is also 1.25 (I have a thread gauge) but as my taps only go up to m12 I cant be 100% sure about the size of the bigger one, but I can say this, a quick caliper reading told me it was just shy of 2mm larger. (and when I say shy I mean under 0.2mm from being 2mm larger, and it was a quick and sloppy measurement.) So in short yes I believe it is a m14x 1.25

Ok cool. I'll have to try to pick up a good tap, put some oil and anti seize on it and see if I can get it started.

Thanks for double checking.
