does anyone know of a ford dealership that doesnt care that the dpf is gone and there is a tuner in the truck in BC canada?

I'd say just call around to your local area dealers and talk to the shop manager or diesel tech.

Depends on what the issue is. If it's something that can be associated to the DPF delete, no one will warranty you. If your mirror isn't working and you have the deletes, there's shops around that will do the work.
