What PID's should I monitor?

I just purchased the DashBoss for my 6.4L. Can anyone recommend in order of importance what PID's (24 total) I should be monitoring also what levels I should set alerts at? I've deleted my DPF/CAT and have blocker plates on the EGR so I wont need those. The first screen shows 12 PID's the second screen does the same. I'm hoping to data log a pull with my trailer and send it to someone who can write a tune utilizing the above information.

Thanks in advance for the help.
