Fuel Filters?

What fuel filters do you guys use and which part number? Is there a brand that has better filtration or lasts longer than the ones that Ford uses? Just want to buy some, so I can start changing them out when they need to get done.
Thanks.

James.

Definitely stick with OEM filters, Racor/Motorcraft.

Ppt carries filters! They must be ford since you said they were right? That is a good price. I got them from another website at a similar price but will definitely buy from you now that I know you have them!

Yes, we carry the Racor filters. Racor is the manufacturer of Motorcraft filters. They are the exact same filter.

I use FleetGuard FK48002. I think they are as good a filter as any other. FleetGuard makes filters for International, John Deere, Navistar....... FleetGuard is owned by Cummins.

I run wix in mine. Carquest technically but they are made by wix. Never had a problem in this truck or either one of my 6.0's. At one point I was on a ford only filter kick but I got over it. Wix does just fine for me.
