Train Horns!!!!!

I want to get some train horns on my truck, I want the really deep loud sumbeeches that sound exactly like a train.
who has the best brand out there?

EDIT: I dont want to have to sell my first born for these either.

If you want them to sound just like a freight train, then you want the Nathan Air chimes. The loudest will be the K5LA manifold....It just means that there are 5 horns instead. They also have a 3 series, and they sound good, but not as loud and accurate as a freight train. I have the K5LA system, and it will rattle the ground at full pressure!!!!

Hornblasters.com has a "mini conductor" set (a friend of mine has them) and they sound like a train to me.

Hey, different strokes for different folks, I guess. I think you will be drawing attention by many and some of those aren't the kind that will appreciate it. You might think, "who cares" but I think the party will be over soon for all of us. Stacks and horns and black smoke for the sake of smoke will be hastening the dreaded, "last call", put you stock crap on and go to that state run building and get an inspection. It's a comin. what crawled up your butt and died I dont beleive in smoking for the sake of smoking first off, and if i want train horns I WILL get train horns, I asked a question about train horns if you can help give me some answers, if not get out of my thread Have a Good Day!

I have a set of tripple trumpets that sound very good but there are no markings on them so I am not sure who made them.

I have the Hornblasters 540 kit... and they do a great job for less than 600 Bux!!!.... i use them daily with the fire department and they clear trafic better than any siren can...

My buddy has some from air horns of Texas, and they sound just like a train. I've heard alot that just sound cheap and not deep but his are awesome.

the pedestrian that crossed against the light in front of me last night got a surprise, and probably wet pants. mine are from auto loc, they sound good but the compressor and tank are one piece. their new kit has a separate tank and compressor. i got mine for $320 on sale, online the new kit is $399

I didn't say you did, bud. The more attention we draw to ourselves, the sooner all of our fun will be over. I am not some uppity liberal. The horns are legal, but when you piss someone off by scaring the bejesus out of them, they may notice the puff of black smoke. I am deleted and hope to stay that way as long as possible. Why so sensitive? Maybe everyone else is in the wrong place if you only want similar opinions.
