How to delete regen?

I know that some aftermakets like KEM have a way to prevent the regen but I saw in my maintenance video that regen doesn't occur when in PTO mode.
So if you were to hook up the switches so the ECU thinks you're in PTO mode, could the DPF be removed?

the ECU will never let you be in PTO mode with the park brake off or the gear selecter in drive or reverse....

It has been done by one of our members. Maybe he will chime in here in a little while.

Julian did it with a KEM programmer though.....and the other thing that HAS to be stressed here is that if the dealer can show any modification to the regen system, all engine warranty goes up in smoke....
