Just trying to state the obvious that a WELL tuned truck shouldn't blow smoke, but should actually turn all that wasted diesel into actual power in the injection and combustion event. But hey, maybe I learned alllll wrong. Maybe more smoke equals more power.
I hate blowing smoke and I try to not blow smoke at all cost. But it just so happens that I got off the phone with H&S yesterday because of this very topic. I asked them if there was something I could do to make the HD300 not blow as much smoke like turning the low boost fueling to zero and what not. The answer I got was with all that power comes all that smoke
