Anyone know where I can buy a factory style EGT bung?
you know the M12x1.25 shouldered bungs that are in the downstream exhaust?
we had an EGT13 bung twist completely off the DPF yesterday in the shop and I made a new one by welding a nut to the remainder of the bung after I slimmed it down. I'd rather not have to do this in the future should it happen again. Also with how easily the threads get messed up it would be nice to be able to just weld in a brand new bung.
There's gotta be a place to buy these, aftermarket companies put them into DPF delete pipes don't they? Anyone know anything?
