Coolant question

I am curious to see what the best coolent for this truck is or what are you guys using? Thanks

Any brand that says it is Cat EC-1 rated will do. You need 4 gallons of concentrated not the 50/50 premixed stuff. Napa sells Zerex ELC part # ZXED1.

I am sorry but what do you mean by switch over? Also what is a chemical flush.. I can't just add coolant?

if you just want to add coolant you need to put in Ford Gold assuming the truck still has ford gold in it

So basically by switch over he meant flushing the entire coolant? No mixutre of different brands? Will it cause a problem if I add something other than ford gold, not saying I will. Just don't understand
