G.T. F-350 Build

This is my first dually and diesel. Im wanting to make it all white with silver accents, possible two racing stripes and the GT stripes down the side in silver. My last ford I did this theme.

I made the headlights, cabover lights, fender lights, vents and ford logos white.

I just picked up an edge programmer for it and later today a delete pipe "all for less that $400".


Ive got king ranch running boards that will go the full length to the dually fenders that I will install as soon as it dries up outside and will be soon covered with white bedliner.

This is my work truck and I haul a lot of weight so I cant go all out on this build yet but here are some of my mods ill do soon.

Nice pick up! Got any other exterior plans for it? Did you swap the 06' style mirros on it, or did it come that way? Usually its the other way around, the older body style wants our mirrors. Do the cab lights still light up? Got any pics of them up close?

Very nice, I like the white headlights, besides mine, yours is the 2nd set I've seen. The other set I believe they didn't do anything with the orange reflector and left it orange. I tinted mine a little bit. I'm also curious about how you did your cab lights and how bright they still light up. Pic of mine all whited out is in my sig.

i did not swap the mirrors, came that way.

later in the evening ill get a pic of the lights, they still light up just as bright.

Not sure what i want to do with the exterior, just no bug bumpers or diamond plate, i like to keep it clean and simple.

And there is nothing wrong with the edge, i drive like a grandpa so im not worried about hp just mpg so my trans will be fine.

Agreed!! I've heard of problems with the edge, I reccomend a mini maxx! Well worth the money

I had many problems with my edge and i tow alot with my truck. I had tranny issues and other weird crap go on. I switched to Spartan and wouldnt go back for anything

ok, I was able to return the edge and get a full refund of my $300.

I then went to Modern Diesel Legion in Pasadena, Tx. and they removed my cat and dpf and then custom tuned my computer to shut off the dpf and also the egr.

I now have 520hp and 1000tq at the wheels. I also get between 24-27 mpg on the highway and 23 mixed.

This truck is now stupid fast!

Now I need an intake and MDL has another ecm upgrade that I can get a little over 30mpg.

P.S. they did it for the same price I paid for my Edge. Not saying its the same for every vehicle or every tune.

It was a custom tune that was uploaded from their computer.
