Sorry Guys...Another Water Seperator ??

I have searched on here for hours, When you remove the side plate from the frame mounted water seperator do you remove the fuel lines or just leave them attached to the side plate ?? also there is five screws on the plate , do I just remove the four on each corners or all five ? 2008 model
