F250 way to bumpy

100,000k on my f250 King Ranch did a Ready Lift leveling kit to clear 37 about 40k ago and its been extremely bumpy since day one. But i have a buddy that just did a regular leveling kit and his is way softer than mine. Installed new rancho shocks and it didnt seem to make any difference at all. Any suggestions for a soft ride?

I think anytime you do a lift kit with spacers it will stiffen up the ride. Might not notice much difference in a 2 or 2.5" spacer but I would think a 3.5" spacer would be really noticeable.

Oh ok I thought it was the 3.5" kit. My bad. People say that upgrading the shocks will help. Maybe a quality shock like the icons will help.
