ball joint ??

This spring i am going to do the ball joints and axel u joints on my truck. Is there anything else i should do while i am there? Axle seals? Dust seals? Thanks for any info.

Front axle seals for sure. Just had mine done under warranty. The tech said the stock ones are crap. Mine had popped/tore out who knows how long ago. Just happen to catch them while rotating the tires.

Did you go with motorcraft parts again? Do you by chance have a part number?

If you have the automagic hubs you will need the seals that go with that as well.
Don't froget the track bar ball joint.....

Try to find Borgenson Joints they will outlast the crap Moog units. replacemetn joint from Ferd as Borgenson. You could always look at Dayna ball joints.... way stronger but a bit steep to buy 4 for 500.00.

Yea i am going to get the track bar ball joint to replace at the same time. I was thinking XRF ball joints. They are greaseable and have good reviews. I want dynatrac ball joints but they cost 650 for 4.

Motorcraft parts. Looked for the paper work, but can't find it.

does anyone by chance have a part number for the tie rod end that connects to the pitman arm?
