Very high pitch sound durring acceleration

Ok I wouldnt say this is a huge problem, jus anoying as heck! At just about any speed when the foot is lightly and moderately on the pedal through the middle of the dash I get this just above light sound that sounds like my fathers hearing aid going off. Ive looked @ hoses anything that looks loose and Im not seeing anything.Happens when radio is off/on vents off/on just alittle anoying. any thoughts?

Does it sound electric or air related

I realy can't say, I would lean toward mechanical but being like a hearing aid sound it almost sounds electrical. Maybe the elect throtle? But I only here it at the dash. Could it be the tubes/ couplings @ the turbo?

Now is that turbo whine normal? Or is their something wrong? This is the first I heard this.

Is your truck tuned or anything. How loud is it? I had a noise in mine that was a high pitched whistle, had a leak in my up pipe, replaced the clamps and it was gone

No its all stock, I thought up pipe, is that pipe obvious to see? Underneath or on top of motor? Im new to 6.4's I know 7.3's real good though!

I am no expert but my 08 did that and the dealer did a cab off repair on the cross pipes on rear of motor, they have like braided sections on them that leak at accelleration and let -off at a little higher rpm's. They also told me the fix was bullet proof but after about a year and a half they are whistling again!!
