What you are expirencing is a "Death Wobble". Lots of stuff could be causing it but it all comes down to loose or worn parts in the front end.

Tie rod ends, Ball Joints, steering stabilier, steering box, uni bearings, loose wheels etc..... basicly anything that is involved in your front axle could be a suspect. Stop by a goo dfront end shop and have them take a good look. Might be simple might be $$$$$.

My 05 at 95k miles I ran thru all the ball joints, tie rod ends and a steering box and track bar links........

just another thought on this aspect.. what tune are you running on that spartan, are you running the highest HP tune?

When i first loaded my Tunes from IDP.. i loaded the extreme race tune first.. the gas pedal is so sensitive in OD that whenever i would hit a bump while in OD (45mph +) my foot would bounce on the gas pedal and make the truck surge and feel as if it were bouncing.. it was pretty annoying.. i have since gone with the extreme street tune.. still plenty of power, smoother in OD, and better MPG.. just a thought..
