hey guys, i know i did this with the 6.0 also, but im looking at more and more trucks to buy, and i found a dealership with some nice 6.4s for the same price as 6.0s. with similar mileage. i want to go into this knowing as much as possible. i heard some things with the 6.4, like an injector sticking open, or the job1 trucks with leaking radiators. i dont have the money to replace a 6.4 engine due to an injector. im really wondering how reliable these engines are does the EGR stick up on these? is there any known issues? i want to do a DPF delete on it, and possibly an EGR delete. we do have diesel emissions in CT but my neighbors without any emissions equipment passes. id like to know all i can about these? how are the turbos? are they VVT? OR VGT? the 6.0 guys helped me out alot, but the 08-10 trucks are just so damn nice, and i heard more reliable, that i think im gonna go that route.
