What is the better deal on a trade? under seat storage vs rack

I have an 08 f250 with the fold out trays and a guy with a 2011 truck has the under seat storage bins. He wants to trade. Which is the better value or is it a straight up trade?

I guess it depends if you want a flat surface to lay large items on or if you have a bunch of smaller items you like to store under the seat and keep locked/out of the way.

Yeah, was just wondering if one has more dollar value than the other. I actually want the storage over the racks. Just wanna make sure I get a good deal in the trade
