Anybody had an electric fuel pump go bad with a 6.4? Mine is a 2010 and only had 56,000 on it. Seem's a little strange to me that the dealer said the pump was "seizing up" at such a young age & mileage. I know it wasn't due to trash or water, cause i have a filter system of fleetguard fs1212 and a ff5320 before the factory filter & pump. Too soon to tell if the new pump really fixed the problem, only been there @ 100 miles at this point. If it starts acting up again, where should i look next? I'm thinking there has to be a relay somewhere to run that pump. Just seems to me that if a pump was seizing, it would do it all the time and not eratically one to three times a day. I also asked the dealer if there were any "TSB's" on it and I think we all know what they had to say being this was "not a warranted failure"!!!
