Delema, 08' 6.4L. or 05' 6.0L

Im thinking of buying a used truck, Whats better an 05' with 122,000 6.0 lariat crew cab or a 08' with 125,000 highway miles 6.4 from a ford dealer crew cab? Both stock, the 08' is a XLT nice as well about the same price. Im kind of stuck!

Im leading that way, I dont know much about the 6.4, it seams nice.

In that situation I would go with the '08.

i want a 05 cause the dash and interior but if i could get a 08 fro the same price i would go that way. i just love that with the 08 with a thousand bucks you can be putting down 550 to the wheels.

6.4 all the way you will not be disapointed. But up to you test drive both and see which one you like most. The 6.0 have a few problems even if they are stock. I have 185k on my 6.4 and guess what no major problems

Nice bird by the way! You just made up my mind,I was leaning toward to 6.4 . I pull a 29 ft. 5th wheel camper and had a 7.3 and loved it but it was time to change, got a 03' 6.0 and its ok but I dont like the rep. They have and I need a crew cab. So far the,6.4 sounds like everyone likes. Thanks alot and keep it going!

I have never owned a 6.0 but I have pulled some very heavy loads with my 6.4 and its a wonderful thing compared to towing with my OBS 7.3
