How much coolant will i lose

How much coolant will i lose when i install my diesel site coolant filtration system.

I didnt lose much. Maybe 1/2 a gallon or less.

Not to go all the way back to the coolant tank which I didn't want to do anyways. I put the return "T" right by the passenger side battery where the line is that runs back to the coolant tank

Did you guys both mount on the frame or did you find a spot under the hood.

I wanted to mount it under the hood but, I could not find a spot that it would fit and not clutter the engine bay more than it already is so i settled with the frame.
